Michael is Co-Founder, Co-CEO, Head of Fixed Income, and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. Prior to co-founding the firm, he was the Global Head of Fixed Income for Millennium Management LLC. At Millennium, he was responsible for the oversight of all recruitment, trading, and risk management of Millennium’s Fixed Income Business. Before joining Millennium, Michael worked at Lehman Brothers from 1983 until May 2007 and again from June through October 2008. He had various trading and management responsibilities over that time including Head of Liquid Markets, Head of Fixed Income in Asia-Pacific, Global Head of Fixed Income, and Global Head of Capital Markets. Michael was also a member of the Lehman Brothers Management and Executive committees. Michael graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia, and he earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is the former Chairman of the Ross School Advisory Board at the University of Michigan. Michael currently serves on the University’s President’s Advisory Group.

Hyung is Co-Founder, Co-CEO, Head of Equities, and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.  Prior to co-founding the firm, he was the Global Head of Equities for Millennium Management LLC.  At Millennium, he was responsible for the oversight of all recruitment, trading, and risk management of Millennium’s Equity Business.  Before joining Millennium, Hyung spent 15 years working at Lehman Brothers in various roles including Head of Capital Markets, Asia Pacific, where he oversaw the equities and fixed income divisions.  Prior to joining Lehman, he was a trader at Bank of New York.  Hyung earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Garrett Berg joined ExodusPoint at launch and is President & Chief Operating Officer, and a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He oversees all non-investment related activities. Prior to joining ExodusPoint, Garrett was the Global Head of Marketing and Investor Relations for Hoplite Capital Management. Before joining Hoplite, Garrett was the Global Head of Marketing and Investor Relations for BlueCrest Capital Management, and he was also a member of the firm’s Global Operating Committee. Earlier in his career, he worked in the financial services group of the management consultancy Oliver Wyman. Garrett holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. Garrett earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from Providence College.

Dev joined ExodusPoint at launch as Chief Risk Officer. Prior to joining ExodusPoint, Dev was Global Head of Risk for Millennium Management LLC.  At Millennium, he was responsible for the day-to-day management of risk across all products and oversaw Millennium’s Risk Department.  Before joining Millennium in 2009, Dev worked at Lehman Brothers for 13 years, most recently as the Head of Fixed Income Research in Europe and as the Global Head of Lehman Indices and POINT (Portfolio Analytics).  Prior to Lehman, he was on the faculty of the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University in New York.  Dev earned his Ph.D. from Cornell University and completed his undergraduate degree in engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology.

Brendan Kalb joined ExodusPoint in September 2020 as General Counsel. Prior to joining ExodusPoint, Brendan was a partner in the Investment Management Group at Morgan Lewis in New York. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Brendan was the General Counsel at AQR Capital Management, LLC, a quantitative registered investment adviser based in Greenwich, CT, where he was responsible for managing the full spectrum of the firm’s legal affairs. Prior to joining AQR, Brendan worked as an associate at the law firms of Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Seward & Kissel. Brendan received his JD from Cornell Law School and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in International Relations & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Brendan has served as a member of the Board of the Directors of the National Futures Association and as member of the Managed Funds Association’s Investment Adviser and Government Affairs Committees, and as Chairman of the MFA’s CTA, CPO and Futures Committee. Brendan also serves on the Board of Advisors of the Institute for Law and Economics, a joint research center between the Law School, the Wharton School and the Department of Economics at the University of Pennsylvania.

Caitlin Farrell-Starbuck joined ExodusPoint in October 2018 as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining ExodusPoint, Caitlin was the Global Head of Compliance for Man AHL based in London. At Man AHL she was responsible for overseeing the compliance and regulatory program operated from their offices located in London, New York, and Hong Kong. Before joining Man AHL, Caitlin worked at Two Sigma Investments in New York from 2010 to 2015 where she established and served as the Head of the Research and Trading Compliance team. Caitlin graduated from American University with a bachelor’s degree in political science.

Erik Addington joined ExodusPoint in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining ExodusPoint, Erik spent 10 years at Nomura and held senior finance roles including Chief Financial Officer, Americas and Head of Treasury, Americas based in New York and Chief Financial Officer, Asia ex-Japan while based in Hong Kong. At Nomura, he served on the Americas Executive Committee and Global Finance Operating Committee and was responsible for financial controls and operational infrastructure. Before joining Nomura, Erik worked at Lehman Brothers from 1998 - 2008 in various roles in New York and Tokyo including Head of Asia-Pacific Product Control. Erik began his career at Andersen Consulting. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Bonaventure University and a master’s degree in business administration from Fordham University, and he is a US CPA (inactive).

Stephen Luterman joined ExodusPoint in July 2023 as Chief Technology Information Officer. Prior to joining ExodusPoint, Stephen was Head of Alternative Strategies Technology at CTC Capital Management, leading technology and analytics initiatives for a systematic and discretionary cross-asset multi-strategy proprietary fund. Before joining CTC Capital Management, Stephen founded Flatiron Analytics Capital Partners, an early-stage venture investor in fintech, AI/ML, data engineering, enterprise, and advanced computing technology companies. Prior to Flatiron, Stephen was the founding Head of Technology and Data Analytics at Citadel fundamental strategies, responsible for portfolio construction and alpha generation in global fixed income, relative value credit, equities, and risk arbitrage strategies. Previously, Stephen held various senior management roles at JPMorgan and Bear, Stearns & Co. Stephen studied applied derivative mathematics at the London School of Economics and computer science engineering and finance at Southern Methodist University.
